Make sure the information is displayed clearly, so your customer can easily read and understand it. - Your company name and address. - Your contact details. - Unique invoice number. - Invoice issue date. - Invoice due date. - Name and address of the company or person you are invoicing. - Description of what the invoice is for. - Supply date — when the goods or services were completed/delivered. - Amount being charged. - VAT. - Total amount owed. - Your payment details. - Your payment terms.
