MTD is often positioned as a big, scary change, when it is in fact a massive opportunity to change the way you sell to your clients.
There will be many requirements in the changes that are to come around the requirements for clients including the frequency and approach to delivering services.
Whilst there is going to be a need to reissue letters of engagement and ensure terms are updated, this in itself presents a chance to change the way you talk to clients about your services, have better conversations around the value you can bring, and use this to grow your profitability, rather than it being a risk to losing it.
